NFA Form 4 Process

You do need a Suppressor, SBR, or other NFA Item Purchased before we can submit your Tax Stamp.

Setup an NFA E-Forms Account

- We will need your User Name and Pin Number (not your password) in order to certify your Form 4.

- We will need a signed and notarized copy emailed to us (less than 3MB, this is the largest size the E-Forms Site will accept). We don’t scan these documents, that is something you will need to have done.

Fingerprints and Pictures
- The Island Armory will take your electronic fingerprints and pictures in shop and provide you with a USB Drive with them in the proper format.
- Everyone on the trust as a responsible person must be fingerprinted in order to submit the Form 4.

Electronic Form 4
- The Island Armory will submit this for you, we will need your Username and Pin Number from your E-Forms account.
- Once approved the NFA Branch will email you and The Island Armory a copy of your Tax Stamp and you can come pick up your item.
